So much potential, but...

Okay, so I was SO excited to finally get tickets for Mapleside! I've seen all the photos and heard so many great things, and honestly, the website made it look amazing. But when we got there... wow. It was just not what I expected at all. We had some pretty significant issues with getting into one of the main attractions – the line was just chaos, no one seemed to know what was going on, and we ended up waiting forever only to be told it was closed for 'technical difficulties' after like, an hour in the sun! GAH! It really put a damper on the whole day, you know? I wanted to love it, I really did! The idea is fantastic, but the execution on the day just wasn't there. I'm hesitant to recommend it to my friends right now, which is a bummer because I was so hyped!

Fun, but a few hiccups!

Okay, so I finally decided to check out Mapleside for some theme park tickets online, and wow, the website is super colorful and exciting! I was really pumped looking at all the different attractions and events they have. Buying the tickets was pretty straightforward, honestly, no big drama there, which is always a plus when you're trying to get to the fun stuff fast! My family and I were really looking forward to our day out. BUT, I gotta say, the confirmation email took a little longer to arrive than I expected, which made me a tiny bit nervous after I'd already paid. And then, when we got to the park, there was a bit of a queue even with pre-booked tickets, which was a bummer because we were ready to get our thrill on! It wasn't a terrible experience, just a few little things that kinda took the edge off the initial excitement. Still, the park itself is a blast, and we made some great memories. I'd probably shop here again for the convenience, but maybe I'll buy a bit earlier next time!

Great value, especially with offers!

I'm always on the lookout for a good deal, especially when it comes to family outings. Mapleside really delivered on the value front. I snagged some tickets during their early bird special, and honestly, the savings made a huge difference in making the trip feel totally worth it. We spent a full day there, and compared to other places, the cost per hour of fun was excellent. I usually compare prices pretty hard, and Mapleside came out on top this time. The experience itself felt like it should've cost more, so I was really pleased with how far our money went. Definitely recommend checking for discounts before you book!

Great value for the price!

I'm always on the lookout for a good deal, especially when it comes to family outings. Mapleside really delivered on value for money. I snagged tickets during one of their flash sales – kept an eye on their site for a couple weeks for discounts and it paid off. The overall experience felt totally worth what I paid. Compared to some other attractions, Mapleside offers a lot of bang for your buck, especially if you can get in on an offer. Super happy with the savings and the fun we had!

Good value for a fun day out

I was looking for something fun to do with the family that wouldn't break the bank, and Mapleside came up. I spent a good amount of time checking out their site for any discounts or special offers before booking. Ended up finding a pretty decent package deal that included a few attractions, which felt like a solid saving compared to buying individual tickets. The whole experience was definitely worth the money we spent. The kids had a blast, and I felt like we got good value for what we paid. The online booking was straightforward enough, no real hiccups there.

So much fun at Mapleside!

Oh my goodness, Mapleside is just THE BEST! I bought tickets for their Fall Festival online and the whole process was so easy and exciting. The website is super cute and user-friendly, I just loved browsing all the different attractions. When we got there, everything was even better than I imagined! The atmosphere was absolutely buzzing with energy, and there were so many awesome things to do. My kids had an absolute blast with the corn maze and the pumpkin patch – we spent hours there! The food was delicious too, definitely try the apple cider donuts! I'm already planning our next visit, maybe for a different season. Seriously, if you're looking for a fantastic day out, you HAVE to check out Mapleside. You won't regret it!

Fun day at Pumpkin Village

We went to Pumpkin Village last month with the kids and had a really good time. The tickets were easy to buy online beforehand. My little one loved the corn maze and my older one thought the hayride was pretty cool. It wasn't too crowded either, which was nice.

Good value for concert tickets

I bought tickets for the Concert Over the Valley and was looking for a good deal. I managed to snag them during an early bird sale, which saved me a few bucks. It wasn't a huge discount, maybe $5 off each, but every little bit helps. The process was straightforward, and the view from the venue was great. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth for a fun evening out.

Disappointing Visit

I booked tickets through Mapleside.com for a family outing. The website was easy enough to use, but the actual experience at the park was not great. Several attractions were closed without warning. It felt like a waste of money because we couldn't do half of what we planned. We had to leave earlier than expected.

Decent Day Out, Some Hiccups

Finally decided to give Mapleside a try with the family. The online booking process was pretty straightforward, no real issues there which was a relief. We bought tickets for a specific event, and getting them via email was quick. When we got there, finding our way around was a bit confusing at first, the signage could definitely be better. The attractions themselves were fun, especially for the kids, but some areas felt a bit crowded and unorganized. Had a few moments where we were waiting longer than expected for things. Overall, it was an okay experience, not amazing but not bad either. Just felt like it could've been smoother.

What's the refund policy for Mapleside concert tickets if it rains?

J JakeF 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
They usually have a rain date or offer a credit for another event. Check the specific event's terms though.

K KevinS 2 weeks ago
I remember getting a credit for a cancelled show last year.

R RachelP 2 weeks ago
It's not always a full refund, usually a reschedule.

I think if they cancel completely, you get your money back. If it's just a light drizzle, show goes on.
